Search preferences. The neighborhoods, budget, bedrooms, move-in dates, and other criteria you tell us about.
Messages. The texts you exchange with Avenue so we can respond and improve matches over time.
Usage data. Basic analytics about how you interact with our website (pages viewed, clicks, device and browser info).

How we use your information

To send you matched apartment listings and respond to your messages.
To operate, maintain, and improve the Avenue service.
To detect abuse, prevent fraud, and keep the service secure.
To communicate with you about updates, support, or new features.

Sharing

We don’t sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run Avenue (for example, authentication, hosting, SMS delivery, and analytics), and only as needed to operate the service.
